Choosing an Alias:
- In Split.fyi you get to go by any name you would like so that you can feel protected. You should not use a name that will allow others to identify you. It should not refer to a place, contain obscene language, refer to political parties, religions or individuals, but be crafted in such a way as to allow you to maintain your anonymity and privacy. Our administrators will determine if a proposed name is inappropriate and if so, will request that it be changed.
We expect members to be respectful to one another. Divorce can bring out some strong opinions and heated topics. While members may disagree with each other, those disagreements should be made with respect for the other members. We will not allow postings in which other members are attacked or harassed.
With that in mind, we will not tolerate any expressions or threats of violence against anyone, including terrorism or violent extremism. We will not allow hateful speech or abuse of anyone, including but not limited to abuse based on race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, national origin, gender identity or gender, religious affiliation, disability age or disease.
We do not tolerate any reference to child sexual exploitation.
We require members to add a trigger warning prior to any sensitive posts like suicide or sexual abuse.
