A: You will receive $25 for referring someone who signs up for either the Growth or Thrive level memberships. This payment is only for the initial membership sign-up and does not apply to upgrades or renewals.

Q: What if someone takes a while to purchase the membership after clicking my link?
A: When someone clicks on your referral link, our system tags them as your referral for up to 6 months.
- If they purchase a membership within this 6-month window, you receive the credit, regardless of using your link again or not.
- If they return after 6 months without using your affiliate link, you will not receive credit for the referral.

- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
- Split.fyi reserves the right to terminate the agreement for any violations immediately.
- Confidentiality & Data Protection:
- Affiliates must maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection laws.
- Governing Law:
- The agreement is governed by the laws of California.
